Invest in ASB with 9% dividend every year for 30 years time :

How profitable is the business

The calculations are as followed :
~ Calculation for 1 year basis

1) Secretarial Fees :- RM60 X 12 Months = RM720.00
2) Accounting Fees :- RM1,000 (preparation of full set of account)
3) Taxation Fees :- 10% - 30% of Audit Fees
4) Audit Fees :- RM1,500 (Higher than this amount as this Audit Fees is based on the turnover/total asset of RM150,000)

Total Amount
= RM720 + RM1,000 + RM300 + RM1,500
= RM3,520

Let say the total companies in our service line is around 100 companies :-
= RM3,520 X 100 companies

Saving for my bird nest

Planning for the future as a preparation for the following years after my retirement. Just need to set this earlier in case my short term planning are not wholly achieved. From the day, I am writing this post. I still have another 32 years of preparation of doing seeds planning. Better start now before its too late. Normal life of people only start worrying their retirement life at early age of 40s (10 years of preparation is not enough as we already has too much commitment such as our child education, cars, housing, loan and even credit card commitment).

Just a basic calculation to shows how important to start now investing for the future :
FV = PV \cdot (1+i)^t
FV = RM30,000(1.09)^32
= RM472,899.86

With this amount, it will helps us and contribute our monthly income around ~RM5,000

Retain my investment in gold

As a preparation for the future, I need to retain my portfolio investment in gold investment beside ASB investment. The reason is because the golds are not inflated by inflation. It has strong value and the physical value beyond it.

For reference, the graph below shows the movement of gold price in capital market since 1975.
It is a stable investment.

Agriculture Business - Ternak Lembu

How profitable if I am involve in agriculture business. Let say, investing in 'penternakan lembu'. This is the story that must be told and shared together, One of my friend, his father started to do this business in a small capacity in the year 2006 with total amount of 6 cows (lembu) and now, in 2010, the total amount his father has are around >200 cows. Special about this business is the profitability rate is 555% and it is quite amazing. But the cash flow for this business is quite slow and need to bear some risks.

200 Cows X RM2,000 = RM400,000

I believe, doing this business/investment in a part time basis by using 'pawah method' is a great start. Should try someday :)

Master, PHD and ACCA

Getting my ACCA, Master and PHD at the early age of 20s. My target is to get all these before the age of 33 if possible. I believe by organizing my life schedule very well. Work-life balance will be achieve. Yup, getting my qualification, career satisfaction and at the same time etting rich. But, of course, a greater judgement is required to handle all these. How about the funding to support these. Urm, I am wondering, how we are going to manipulated the money in a good faith.

Having my own audit firm

What are so special of having my own audit firm. Well, actually it is something that I am looking for, for the past 7 years ( 4 years during my studies and another 3 years of working life). I believe, by having my own audit firm, everything will be under control. Time freedom, money freedom and something that I should proud of. The Income that I am getting by providing my professional services also quite impressive. At least, I can manage my own business and provide job opportunity to fresh graduate who are looking challenging career paths.

Dreaming of becoming a Professional Chartered Accountant

Yes, everyone have their own ambition. Unlike me, I am still confusing which route do I need to pursue. One of the Director in the organization that I am working for told me that the best way to have a very successful career is by having a really tough foundation at early age of my career (Entry Level). So, do I need to work in corporate organization (commercial company) or just pursue to audit line which is working with Big 4 company.
